Melita is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Marketing Team in the position of Manager – Customer Value Management. In this position you will build a customer contact strategy to create long-term, valuable relationships with our mobile customers. S/he will also be making sure customers are receiving correct, relevant, targeted messages and offers.
• Analysing customer behaviour and usage trends on mobile services and Melita WiFi.
• Defining customer segments based on needs and behaviour while initiating targeted campaigns.
• Developing clear reporting tools to continuously analyse success of various campaigns, managing change, and communicating results and action plans effectively with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Implementing in liaison with Product Managers any promotions required for the campaigns.
• Forecasting impact and executing feasibility studies of targeted campaigns together with the financial analysts.
• Ensuring that monthly and quarterly targets of loyalty, growth and profitability of the customer base are met across active customers.
The selected person should preferably have a minimum of two years’ experience in mobile marketing and a tertiary level of education in Business and/or Marketing. Good analytical skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must for this role. Preference will be given to individuals with strong commercial acumen and who have a proven performance track record.
