Samsung Galaxy S23 Launch Promotion

These are the Terms and Conditions applicable to Customers purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S23 (“the Offer”) from Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to and use of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

The Offer is applicable to purchases made between 17^th March 2023 and 31^st March 2023.
Existing and new Customers, upon the purchasing of the Offer will be entitled to a gift or free upgrade as follows:
Customers purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S23 256GB handset (“the Handset”), will be eligible to receive one (1) gift bundle which includes a Silicone Cover, Galaxy Buds Live and a 25W Travel Adapter.
Customers purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S23+ 256GB handset or a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 8GB/256GB handset(“the Handset”), will be eligible for a free memory upgrade and avail of the 512GB model variant, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512Gb includes an additional ram upgrade to 12GB.
Offer is subject to stock availability.
The Gift is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
Once seal is broken, returns are not acceptable.
Handset and electronic items part of the gift bundle are subject to a twenty-four (24) month warranty period. This document should be kept for the duration of the warranty period.
Customers acquiring the Handset as part of Melita’s Handset Device Offer, the Handset / Device Offer Terms and Conditions shall apply. Customers terminating Melita’s Handset Device Offer prior to the lapse of the twenty-four (24) Month Term shall pay the remaining balance of the Handset, and the cost of the Gift.
Your personal data shall be processed by Melita, and by any of its processors in accordance with Melita’s Data Protection Notice, the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta) and all other applicable laws.
Customers subscribing to this Offer shall also be bound by Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions shall apply, provided that in case of conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Melita reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

NB – All prices quoted include a €1 direct debit payment discount and are based on a 24 month term agreement. Should you pay by means other than direct debit or PACC you will not benefit from the €1 discount.
