This Competition is solely owned and operated by Melita Limited (“Melita”).
The Competition is only open to legal residents residing in Malta and Gozo over the age of 18 who have a ‘MyMelita’ account (“Participants”).
This Competition shall be open from the 11th October 2017 till the 17th October 2017 (“Closing Date”).
In order to participate you are required to access your ‘MyMelita’ account during the month of October until the 17th October 2017.
Each Participant shall upon accessing his ‘MyMelita’ account, during the month of October up until the Closing Date, be entered into a draw. Each Participant may only be entered once into the draw.
Participation is an automatic acceptance of these rules.
Entries must be made by the Closing Date and in the manner set out in the Competition Terms.
All Participants shall be entered into a draw. On the 18th October 2017 five (5) Participants will be drawn and asked a question by phone. If the correct reply is given each Participant will be a winner.
The prize shall consist of two tickets for each Participant to the show of the 20th October 2017 of the Phantom of the Opera.
Prize is as stated and no cash alternative will be offered. Prize is not transferable.
Winners will be announced on the 18th October 2017.
The Participants accept that their personal data will be processed by Melita. Any personal data collected by Melita in relation to the Competition may be used in accordance with its Data Protection Policy and the Data Protection Act.
The winner may have a photo taken when receiving the prize to be used for publicity and communication purposes, including on any social media sites at the sole discretion of Melita.
Melita retains the right to amend these terms at its discretion. In case of any such amendments or alteration a notice will be posted on melita.com
