Save for one share held by Honey II Group Limited, the issued share capital of the Issuer is split in the following proportions:
- 50.75% held by GMT (Honey I) Sa.r.l.;
- 35% held by M/C Ventures Partners VI L.P.;
- 12% held by Gee Five Limited; and
- 2.25% held by Grand Canal Capital Limited.
