How fast can I get MyWiFi?

We offer same-day pick up from any of our shops. We can also deliver your MyWiFi router within 1 working day.

Does MyWiFi work outdoors?

Your MyWiFi router works with mains electricity, so balconies, rooftops, patios are all good, as long as you have a power socket and it doesn’t get wet.

What can I do with 400 GB each month?

400 GB each month is more than enough for general browsing and 2-3 hours of video calls or streaming every day.

Do I need to sign a contract with MyWiFi?

You can choose between paying monthly or a two-year contract. The monthly price is the same, we just ask for a deposit for the monthly option. You’ll get the deposit back when you return the MyWiFi router, or if you change to a contract.

How can I track my usage on MyWiFi?

The easiest way is to check on MyMelita via the App or website. When you’ve used 80% of your data, we'll send you an email and/or an SMS to the contact details you have given us. We'll send you another email and/or SMS when you've used the full amount - then you’ll be automatically switched to our data bundle at a cost of €0.00097 per MB - so you'll never run out of data.

Can I use MyWiFi when I am travelling abroad?

No, MyWiFi can only be used locally.
