Managing or activating a new bundle
If you have enough credit in your main wallet, you can:
- Stop your current bundle by sending STOP to 16852.
- Activate or change your bundle by sending one of the following SMS codes to 16860.
- Default rates apply until you get a confirmation SMS.
Pass S: 100 mins, 100 SMS, 500MB data
Pass M: 200 mins, 200 SMS, 10GB data
Pass L: 200 mins, 200 SMS, 25GB data
If you don’t have enough credit — no worries!
Bundle is used before Auto Top-Up is triggered
You can:
- Send an SMS to 16880 with the amount (€5, €10, €15, €20, or €30). The credit will be added instantly and charged to your saved bank card.
- Top-up via MyMelita or use a top-up card
No Auto Top-Up and bundle is used during the 28 day.
You can:
- Buy another top-up through MyMelita or with a top-up card.
