2P Flexi TV (TV XL, Internet Fibre Power 550Mbpsx50Mbps)

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of 550Mbps internet service with TV XL app (“Bundle”) being provided by Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to and use of this Bundle is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.   1. The Bundle starts from the 13th January 2026 (“Start Date”) and will continue thereafter unless and until it is terminated by Melita.   
  2. The Bundle is available to new and existing Customers. For the avoidance of any doubt in order to subscribe to the Bundle, Customers are required to sign a new agreement.
  3. Customers subscribing to the Bundle shall be charged a monthly access fee of €44.95 and shall benefit from the following:
    3A)  An internet connection with 550Mbps download and 50Mbps upload; and
    3B) TV XL HD.
  1. The applicable Monthly Access Fee includes VAT but excludes any other applicable taxes.
  2. The above service may be availed by simply downloading the Melita NexTV application through Android Play Store, iOS/Apple Store or Amazon or by using the Equipment provided by Melita. The accessible Service content differs depending whether Customer chooses the Equipment or the application. The full channel line-up is available here. The Service can be used on a maximum of three devices at the same time, in addition to the Equipment provided by Melita if availed of by the Customer. 
  3. With each package chosen from the above Customer may, for an extra monthly charge, opt to subscribe to other available add-ons as part of his Service. 
  1. Upon subscribing to the above Bundle the Customer shall pay a monthly access fee as well as any other charges incurred as detailed in Melita’s applicable terms and conditions as stipulated hereunder.
  2. All connection, delivery and/or installation charges, shall be at the Customers sole expense as. All charges shall be due as of the date that the service is installed/activated.
  3. The services provided with the Bundle will commence when the Customer’s account is successfully activated by Melita. For the avoidance of any doubt all services within the Bundle shall be registered under the same account at all times.
  4. Customer subscribed to this Bundle must remain subscribed to the Services throughout the Term. If the Customer terminates or disconnects the Bundle, Clause 10 of the Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  5. When subscribed to an unlimited service Melita will not limit your bandwidth or set monthly thresholds, your service will remain unlimited. Nevertheless, your use of the service is subject to your using it for private, personal and legitimate consumer purposes. You should not use the service in an illegal manner causing congestion and threats to the security of the network. Should such a situation arise Melita will not apply restrictions to your download capacity, but will first make reasonable efforts to contact you.
  6. Customers subscribing to the Bundle agree and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which should be read in conjunction with Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions which are provided to the Customer for signing, the TV Specific Terms and Conditions of Service, the Internet Specific Terms and Conditions of Service and any other applicable Terms and Conditions, a copy of which are available on Melita’s website.
  7. Melita reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Bundle and these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to migrate on to a different tariff plan or terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30 day notice period.
