Internet and Mobile Discount

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Internet & Mobile Discount (the “Offer”) provided by Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to and use of this Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below. By making use of this Offer, you are agreeing to be bound by all such Terms and Conditions. 1. This Offer is available from 24^th March 2026 until such time as it is terminated by Melita.
2. This Offer is valid for new Melita customers who subscribe to either a fixed internet service or a portable internet service, and a mobile postpaid service under the same account. Customers who migrate or upgrade from one Melita tariff plan to another, or renew their existing plan, are not considered new customers for the purpose of this Offer.
3. Upon subscribing to an internet and mobile postpaid service under the same account, eligible new customers shall benefit from a five‑euro (€5) monthly discount on their account, provided that both services remain subject to a twenty‑four (24) month Term.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the monthly discount referenced in Clause 3 is a fixed amount and shall not be prorated under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases of service activation, suspension, or termination.
5. An individual shall be deemed a new Melita customer if, during the thirty (30) days prior to subscription, they were not subscribed to an internet and mobile postpaid service.
6. The Customer may avail of this Offer on one account.
7. Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions, and any other relevant terms and conditions shall apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
8. Melita reserves the right to stop, suspend, amend, or otherwise change this Offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Any such amendments shall automatically form part of these Terms and Conditions upon expiry of the notice period.
