Premium TV
The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable for the TV standalone Service, Premium TV (“the Offer“) being provided to customers (“the Customer”) by Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By partaking in this Offer, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. - This Offer will start on the 12th December 2025 and will continue thereafter unless and until the Offer is terminated by Melita.
- This Offer is available to all new and existing customers. For the avoidance of any doubt in order to subscribe to the Offer, Customers are required to sign a new agreement.
- Customers subscribing to the Offer shall be charged a monthly access fee of €9.95 and shall benefit from Premium TV by simply downloading the Melita NexTV application through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Amazon Appstore. The accessible Service content differs depending on whether Customer chooses the Equipment or the application.
- Customers subscribing for this Offer may choose to avail of the Premium TV by using the Equipment provided by Melita at an additional charge, the application is available as well with the NexTV Equipment. The full channel line-up of both services is available here.
- The Service can be used on a maximum of three devices at the same time, in addition to the Equipment provided by Melita if availed of by the Customer. With the exception to the Sports Premium channels which can be streamed on one device at a time in addition to the Equipment provided by Melita if availed off by the Customer.
- The monthly access fee of this Offer is subject to a twenty-four (24) Month term. An extra €5 monthly charge applies for month-on-month agreements.
- Customer may, for an extra monthly charge, opt to subscribe to other available add-ons as part of their Service.
- Any connection, delivery, installation and/or administrative charge that may be applicable should the Customer wish to subscribe/upgrade, or in the case of a downgrade to revert to their original subscription, shall be borne by Customer.
- Customer shall require an active internet connection to avail of the Service.
- Customers subscribed to the Offer shall be liable to pay the Monthly Access Fee for the subscription in accordance with Clause 3. The applicable Monthly Access Fee includes VAT but excludes any other applicable taxes.
- The service will commence when the Customer’s account is successfully activated by Melita. All charges shall be due as of the date that the service is installed/activated.
- Customers subscribing to the Offer agree and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which should be read in conjunction with Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions which are provided to the Customer for signing, the Television Specific Terms and Conditions of Service and any other applicable Terms and Conditions, a copy of which are available on Melita’s website.
- Melita reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Bundle and these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to migrate to a different tariff plan or terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30-day notice period.
