Topping up using a mobile top up voucher

You can easily top-up your account after purchasing a Topup Voucher.

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you do so.

1. Log in to MyMelita using your email and password.
2. Select ‘My Top Ups’ from the main menu.
3. Enter the Melita mobile number you wish to top up.
4. Under Top Up method choose “using a voucher”
5. Insert the voucher code
6. Select Top Up using using voucher
7. Once done, a successful top up message will be displayed.

Alternatively, you can also log in to MyMelita and top up your credit using your bank debit or credit card.
