Register on MyMelita using bill details
If you are a new Melita customer, kindly provide your email address when subscribing to our service.
If you are using MyMelita from your mobile device, we recommend that you download the MyMelita app from Play Store if you are using an Android device and from App Store if you are using an Apple device. You can find the download links at the bottom of this article.
To create a MyMelita account, follow the steps below :
- Download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. Alternatively, you can visit the website at my.melita.com.
- Open MyMelita and click on ‘Create Account.’
- Enter your email address and select ‘Continue.’
- Under the registration method, you can choose ‘Via Mobile Number’ if you have a Melita mobile, or ‘Via Bill Details.’
- Enter the invoice number and the total invoice amount.
- Select ‘Continue.’
- You will receive a verification email at the provided email address.
- Open the email and choose ‘Activate My Account.’
- Select ‘Proceed.’
- Insert a new password and select ‘Proceed’ when done.
- Choose your security question and select ‘Proceed.’
- Press ‘Complete’ and log in.
