How to change your Billing Address
From MyMelita, you can easily update your billing address. Everything you need to keep your account info fresh and accurate is right at your fingertips!
Want to change your Billing Address? Here’s how:
- Log in to MyMelita with your email and password.
- From Mobile app On the right hand side
- Go to ‘My Profile’ from the menu.
- Edit your Billing Address.
- Input the new Address and select attach document.
- Attach your id card with the updated address and click Continue.
- Input the Melita Password on the pop up shown.
- Click Submit.
A ticket will be created and the ticket number will be shown after the document verification will be done the address will be updated accordingly.
