Please note that the usage recorded on My Melita is not real time and any usage listed is purely indicative and should not be considered final. Usage is exclusive of Excise Tax and VAT.
Before proceeding to view your usage details, if you are using MyMelita on a computer, please ensure that your internet browser’s Pop-Up Blocker allows pop-ups from this website.
Here is a step-by-step guide to help you find your usage details.
- Log in to MyMelita using your email address and password.
- From the main menu, select ‘My Usage.’
- Choose the subscription you want to check from the list.
- To customize your usage period, click the down arrow in the ‘Select Usage Period’ tab and choose ‘Custom Period.’
- Select the start and end dates for the usage period.
- Click ‘Details’ and then press the down arrow for more details.
