Innovation is in our DNA
One of our biggest wins last year was the growth of our Internet of Things (IoT) services. Revenue more than doubled, with most of it coming from international clients – especially in Germany. It’s exciting to see our tech making an impact in real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, and even smart cities.
AI that actually helps
We’ve also taken huge strides in customer service, thanks to AI. Our digital assistants, Billy and Toby, now handle over 40% of customer queries all on their own. That’s freed up our team to focus on more complex support – while customers get fast, reliable help 24/7.
With call wait times under 30 seconds and Net Promoter Scores regularly topping 70%, we were thrilled to be recognised with the Customer Service Excellence Award. That one meant a lot.

We’ve continued rolling out our 2.5-gigabit broadband—the fastest in Malta. Nearly half the country can now connect at lightning speed and we’re not slowing down.
