Endless Essential, Full speed, Jetset mobile plans

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the Endless Mobile Plans (“the Tariff”) being provided to a pay monthly customer (“the Customer”) by Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to and use of this Tariff is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. This Tariff will start from 25^th May 2022 and will continue thereafter unless and until it is terminated by Melita.
2. This Tariff is available to Customers entering into an agreement with Melita (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’).
3. Customers subscribing to this Tariff shall be charged a monthly access fee in advance according to the Tariff chosen. Tariff is available either as a standalone Tariff or in conjunction with an Internet service. Customers shall be charged for the respective Tariffs according to the applicable tariff rates. The monthly access fee of this Tariff is subject to a twenty-four (24) Month term. An extra €10 monthly charge applies for month-on-month agreements.
4. The following are the Tariffs available:
   1. Customers subscribing to the Essential Tariff on a standalone basis shall be charged a monthly access fee of €25.49 and shall benefit from:
      1. free calls to all local fixed line numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      2. free calls to all local mobile line numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      3. free SMS to local numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      4. free calls and SMS to EU & UK numbers whilst roaming in the EU & UK;
      5. unlimited mobile data* at the maximum download speed of 20Mbps and up to 2Mbps in upload speed in Malta and;
      6. unlimited use of MelitaWiFi locally.

      *Roaming Fair Use Policy:From 1st January 2024 Customers roaming within the EU & UK for periodic travelling, shall be eligible to consume 30GB volume of data with Essential Tariff.**

   2. Customers subscribing to the Full Speed Tariff on a standalone basis shall be charged a monthly access fee of €31.49 and shall benefit from:
      1. free calls to all local fixed line numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      2. free calls to all local mobile line numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      3. free SMS to local numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      4. free calls and SMS to EU & UK numbers whilst roaming in the EU & UK;
      5. unlimited calls and SMS to EU & UK, Australia, Canada, China, and USA numbers from Malta;
      6. unlimited mobile data*** at 4.5G and 5G speeds in Malta and;
      7. unlimited use of MelitaWiFi locally.

      ***Roaming Fair Use Policy: From 1st January 2024 Customers roaming within the EU & UK for periodic travelling, shall be eligible to consume 40GB volume of data with Full Speed Tariff**

   3. Customers subscribing to the JetSet Tariff on a standalone basis shall be charged a monthly access fee of €36.49 and shall benefit from:
      1. free calls to all local fixed line numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      2. free calls to all local mobile line numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      3. free SMS to local numbers from Malta and EU & UK;
      4. free calls and SMS to EU & UK numbers whilst roaming in the EU & UK;
      5. unlimited calls and SMS to EU & UK, Australia, Canada, China, and USA numbers from Malta;
      6. unlimited mobile data**** at 4.5G and 5G speeds in Malta;
      7. 1GB of mobile data applicable when roaming in Zone 6 and 7 and;
      8. unlimited use of MelitaWiFi locally.

      ****Roaming Fair Use Policy: From 1st January 2024 Customers roaming within the EU & UK for periodic travelling, shall be eligible to consume 45GB volume of data with JetSet Tariff**

      **Roaming Fair Use Policy: The above allowances apply for any given billing period. This volume allowance is calculated in line with EU law and shall be available to customers whilst roaming in the EU/EEA/UK. Any data usage consumed over and above the GB roaming data allowance mentioned above shall be charged at the EU regulated surcharge rate. Any data usage above the domestic data allowance shall be charged at the standard domestic data tariff rate, with a surcharge. The surcharge is available here. The volume of data allowance and the surcharge shall vary periodically in accordance with EU law. All international usage, maritime roaming usage and inflight roaming usage both within and outside the EU & UK and roaming usage outside the EU & UK are not included as Roam Like at Home Tariffs. These will be charged at the standard international and roaming rates found on our website. Customers subject to a Month-On-Month Charge, shall be eligible to consume a further 12GB volume of data, on a monthly basis whilst roaming in the EU & UK.

5. Customers subscribing to any of the above Endless Tariffs in conjunction with an Internet service on the same account shall benefit from All in + benefits which includes:
   1. Access to TSN1 sports channel on NexTV app; and
   2. Discounted monthly access fees as follows, depending on the number of active mobile Tariffs:
      1. Endless Essential Tariff at the monthly access fee of €24.49 for the first line, €21.99 for the second line, €16.99 for the third line, and any line thereafter.
      2. Endless Full Speed Tariff at the monthly access fee of €30.49 for the first line, €21.99 for the second line, €16.99 for the third line, and any line thereafter.
      3. Endless JetSet Tariff at the monthly access fee of €35.49 for the first line, €21.99 for the second line, €16.99 for the third line, and any line thereafter.

   To benefit from discounted monthly access fees, additional lines should be on the same Endless Tariff plan as the first line. Should a Customer upgrade/downgrade/terminate an Endless Tariff line irrespective if it is the first line or any additional mobile line, the remaining Endless Tariff plans will be charged in accordance with the next applicable monthly access fee, depending on the then current number of active mobile plans on same Tariff.

6. Should a Customer terminate the Internet service on the same account which includes an Endless Essential, Full Speed, or JetSet Tariff, the Endless Tariff will be downgraded to the standalone Endless Essential, Full Speed, or JetSet Tariffs at the applicable monthly access fee of these Tariffs respectively, and TSN1 sports channel on NexTV app will no longer be available.
7. Rates for international calls and SMS, with the exception of calls and SMS as per clauses 4(b)(v), and 4(c)(v), roaming, premium calls and premium SMS will be charged as published on the Melita website.
8. If the Customer terminates the Agreement, disconnects, downgrades or migrates onto a different tariff plan before the lapse of his Agreement, Clause 10 of the Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.
9. All charges deriving from this Tariff include VAT but exclude Excise Tax and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
10. The 5G network is attainable through the use of a 5G enabled handset.
11. When subscribed to an unlimited service Melita will not limit your bandwidth or set monthly thresholds, your service will remain unlimited. Nevertheless, your use of the service is subject to your using it for private, personal and legitimate consumer purposes. You should not use the service in an illegal manner causing congestion and threats to the security of the network. Should such a situation arise Melita will not apply restrictions to your download capacity, but will first make reasonable efforts to contact you.

12. Migration requests to any other tariff plan are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective tariff. Melita reserves the right not to entertain migration requests by Customers from this Tariff onto another tariff plan.
13. Customers subscribing to this Tariff shall also be bound by Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions shall apply, provided that in case of conflict these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
14. Melita reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Tariff and these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to migrate on to a different tariff plan or terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30-day notice period.
