Endless Youth Mobile Plan

Your data shall be unlimited data when used in the Maltese Islands. Within the EU, regulated Roam like at Home limits apply.

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the Endless Pure Data (“the Tariff”) being provided to a pay monthly customer (“the Customer”) by Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to and use of this Tariff is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. This Tariff will start from 29th July 2026 and will continue thereafter unless and until it is terminated by Melita.
2. This Tariff is available to Customers entering into an agreement with Melita (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) who are at least 18 years of age but have not yet attained the age of 29 years at the date of subscription.
3. Customers subscribing to the Endless Youth Tariff shall be charged a discounted monthly access fee of €14.95 for a period of twenty-four (24). Upon the expiry of the applicable twenty-four (24) month period the monthly access fee shall revert to €19.95. If, upon expiry of the initial twenty-four (24) month period, the Customer remains under the age of twenty-nine (29) years and the Endless Youth Tariff remains available, the Customer may renew the Tariff for a further period of twenty-four (24) months at the discounted monthly access fee of €14.95, subject to the same age eligibility requirement.
4. Customers subscribing to the Endless Youth Tariff shall benefit from the following:
   1. free calls to all local fixed line numbers from Malta and EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine;
   2. free calls to all local mobile line numbers from Malta and EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine;
   3. free SMS to all local numbers from Malta and EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine;
   4. free calls and SMS to EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine numbers whilst roaming in the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine; and
   5. unlimited local mobile data* at 4.5G and 5G speeds in Malta.

*Roaming Fair Use Policy: From 1st January 2026 Customers roaming within the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine for periodic travelling, shall be eligible to consume 40GB volume of data with Endless Value Youth Tariff. This allowance applies for any given billing period. This volume allowance is calculated in line with EU law and shall be available to customers whilst roaming in the EU/EEA/UK/Moldova/Ukraine. Any data usage consumed over and above the GB roaming data allowance mentioned above shall be charged at the EU regulated surcharge rate. Any data usage above the domestic data allowance shall be charged at the standard domestic data tariff rate, with a surcharge. The surcharge is available here. The volume of data allowance and the surcharge shall vary periodically in accordance with EU law. All international usage, maritime roaming usage and inflight roaming usage both within and outside the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine and roaming usage outside the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine are not included as Roam Like at Home Tariffs. These will be charged at the standard international and roaming rates found on our website. Customers subject to a Month-On-Month Charge, shall be eligible to consume a further 16GB volume of data, on a monthly basis whilst roaming in the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine.

This benefit is only provided for periodic travel and not intended for permanent roaming. Recurring and continuous consumption and prevailing roaming presence outside of the EU/EEA/UK/Moldova/Ukraine during an observation period of four (4) months shall be considered as proof of abusive and anomalous usage of this benefit. Melita shall alert the Customer about his usage pattern and of the possibility of suspending or terminating the Service if the Customer continues to abuse the Service following a two-week notice period. If at the end of this two-week period the Customer does not demonstrate actual domestic consumption or presence, Melita reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service after the date of such alert.

5. Rates for international calls and SMS, with the exception of calls and SMS as per clause 3(iv), roaming, premium calls and premium SMS will be charged as published on the Melita website.
6. The monthly access fee of this Tariff is subject to a twenty-four (24) Month term. An extra €5 monthly charge applies for month-on-month agreements.
7. Customers who are eligible for the Internet and Mobile Discount shall only receive the discount where the applicable Tariff is not subject to any other concurrent offer, promotion, or discount.
8. Melita reserves the right to verify Customer’s identity and age from time to time and ask for supporting documentation, if found not in line with these eligibility requirements, Customer will be requested to switch to an eligible plan.
9. Youth Tariff is limited to one (1) plan per Youth.
10. If the Customer terminates the Agreement, disconnects, downgrades or migrates onto a different tariff plan before the lapse of his Agreement, Clause 10 of the Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.
11. All charges deriving from this Tariff include VAT but exclude Excise Tax and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
12. The 5G network is attainable through the use of a 5G enabled handset.
13. When subscribed to an unlimited service Melita will not limit your bandwidth or set monthly thresholds, your service will remain unlimited. Nevertheless, your use of the service is subject to your using it for private, personal and legitimate consumer purposes. You should not use the service in an illegal manner causing congestion and threats to the security of the network. Should such a situation arise Melita will not apply restrictions to your download capacity, but will first make reasonable efforts to contact you.
14. Migration requests to any other tariff plan are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective tariff. Melita reserves the right not to entertain migration requests by Customers from this Tariff onto another tariff plan.
15. Customers subscribing to this Tariff shall also be bound by Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions shall apply, provided that in case of conflict these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
16. Melita reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Tariff and these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to migrate on to a different tariff plan or terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30-day notice period.
