In order to keep your existing mobile number (from another provider) with Melita you need to fill in a Mobile porting form. You can download a copy of the form below.
We will be able to process your application through the below methods:
- Sending the form via email back to Melita’s Customer Care team
- Taking it at one of our outlets
A copy of the ID card needs to be attached to the Mobile Porting Form.
It is important that when filling the Mobile Porting Form, the details; including personal information, should match that of the other operator, else the Port-in process will not be successful.
Do not cancel your subscription with your former operator on your own. We will do that for you.
