Keeping your existing fixed telephony number – Landline Number Portability

You can keep your existing telephone number when joining Melita. You will be instructed on how to bring your existing number to Melita (number portability) when you apply for the Melita telephony service. As a start, you will need to fill-in a Landline Porting Form which can be downloaded from the below.

We will be able to process your application through the below methods:

  • Send the form via email to info@melitaltd.com, and it will be handled by the Melita’s Customer Care team.
  • Taking it at one of our outlets

It is important that when filling out the Porting form, the details including personal information should match that of the other operator else the Port-in process will not be successful.
