How do I get these offers?

There are two ways to get these offers.

You can go to a Melita store – the full list is here. Take your Government voucher and your ID card with you – the ID card number on the voucher must match the number on your ID card.
- For the Student Pass mobile plan, Plug n Learn Internet and 1,000 Mbps fixed internet, a guardian over the age of 18 will need to sign the contract, so please make sure you come to the store together.

We already have Melita internet at home, can I use my voucher to go towards the bill?

Yes, you can redeem your student voucher against an internet service with a minimum value of €25.

Can I get a different plan and use my voucher against it?

If you don’t want any of these three exclusive student offers, you can redeem your voucher against a fixed or mobile internet service with a minimum value of €25.

Will 400 GB each month be enough on the Plug n Learn Internet?

400 GB a month is enough for general studying, such as browsing and 2-3 hours of video calls each day.

If I have the Plug n Learn Internet, how can I track if I’m near the 400 GB monthly data limit?

In the Plug n Learn Internet router settings you will be able to follow your data usage and check your notifications.

If you get to 80% of your 400 GB, we’ll send a notification to your Plug n Learn Internet SIM. If you get to 100% we’ll send another notification and you’ll automatically go on our data bundle: €1 per 1 GB data bundle, so you’ll never be without data.
