How to Replace Your eSIM
Swapping your eSIM is super easy! Just follow these steps:
When replacing your eSIM, ensure that your new device supports eSIM. The existing eSIM will be deactivated immediately, so keep your device connected to WiFi during the process. This change is permanent, and since eSIMs are linked to a single device, make sure to activate it on the phone you plan to use.
- Log in to your MyMelita account
- Head over to My Services
- Choose the mobile number you want to update
- Hit Replace eSIM (Make sure to carefully read the pop-up after selecting Replace eSIM).
- A QR code will pop up
- Tap ‘Next’ and follow the instruction on-screen.
That’s it your eSIM is ready to go!
