No Network While Roaming Abroad
Ensure Data Roaming is Enabled on Your Device
To use mobile services while traveling, make sure data roaming is turned on in your phone’s settings.
For Android Devices:
- Open Settings
- Tap Network & Internet
- Locate the Roaming option and toggle it ON
For iOS Devices:
- Go to Settings
- Select Mobile Service
- Tap Mobile Data Options
- Switch Data Roaming to ON
If the issue persists, try connecting manually by selecting a network. Be sure to choose one that has a roaming agreement with Melita.
