How can I suspend my account through MyMelita

To temporarily pause your account on MyMelita, follow these simple steps. Note: there’s a €5 monthly fee for this:

1. Log in to MyMelita.
2. Go to ‘Terminate/Suspend Your Account’ in the main menu.
3. Select ‘Temporary Suspension’ and choose ‘Yes.’
4. Set your suspension and resume dates, then hit ‘Continue.’
5. If there are any charges, you’ll get a quick notification.
6. A ticket will be created, and we’ll keep you in the loop.
