We are sad to see you go! If you need to disconnect your account, just log in to MyMelita and select “Terminate or Suspend Account” from the main menu. Choose whether you want a temporary suspension or full termination, pick a reason, and continue. Then, select your preferred date.

If any charges apply, you’ll see them before you confirm. Press ‘Yes’ to confirm. And that’s it! We’ll handle the rest for you.
