TV, Phone & Internet Bundle Offer

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the Melita TV, Telephony and Internet Bundle Offer (“the Bundle Offer”) being provided to customers (“the Customer”) by Melita plc (“Melita”). By partaking in this Bundle Offer, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. 1. This Bundle Offer will start from the 15th February 2010 and will continue thereafter unless and until the Bundle Offer is terminated by Melita.
2. This Bundle Offer is available to (i) Customers subscribed to any Melita Digital TV connection (M, L or XL) and who want to subscribe to the Melita Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) package, Melita Internet Medium, or both; (ii) Customers subscribed to any Melita Telephony package who want to subscribe to the Melita Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) package and any Melita Digital TV connection (M, L, XL) with or without Internet (M); (iii) Customers subscribed to Melita Internet Medium package who want to subscribe to the Melita Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) package and any Melita Digital TV connection (M, L, XL) and (iv) Customers who do not have any service with us and want to subscribe to Melita Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) package and any of Melita’s Digital TV connections, together with or without Internet Medium. With regard to the new Customers taking part in the Bundle Offer, the Bundle Offer will commence when their account is successfully activated by Melita.

3. Any Customer eligible for this Bundle Offer will benefit from a discounted bundle price for the two/three services, which shall be further discounted for the first six (6) months of subscription. The prices for Bundles are as follows:
(i) TV M + Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) – €11.00/month – 1st 6 months @ €10.49
(ii) TV L + Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) – €24.49/month – 1st 6 months @ €19.49
(iii) TV XL + Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) – €37.49/month – 1st 6 months @ €32.49
(iv) TV M + Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) + Internet (M) – €24.50/month – 1st 6 months @ €29.99
(v) TV L + Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) + Internet (M) – €38.34/month – 1st 6 months @ €33.34
(vi) TV XL + Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) + Internet (M) – €51.34/month – 1st 6 months @ €46.34

4. All connection and/or installation fees are due, provided that in case of installation of both TV and Telephony, with or without Internet, where such installation occurs at the same time; the Telephony and Internet installation charge shall be waived. Also, in the case that the installation of Telephony and Internet services occurs at the same time, these charges shall be waived. All the charges for provision of the telephony or internet service shall be at the Customers sole expense. All charges shall be due as of the date that the service is installed.

5. In order to benefit from the Bundle Offer as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees to enter into, or in the case of an existing connection, to renew his agreement with Melita plc for a minimum term of twenty-four (24) months (“Initial Term”) starting from the date of activation of the service/s. The Customer can opt to terminate the services on expiry of the Initial Term, by giving at least one [1] month prior notice in writing. If the Customer terminates the services, disconnects or downgrades his package before the lapse of the Initial Term, the Customer shall be liable to pay Melita an Early Termination Charge for every Service terminated as specified in the Schedule of Charges and (ii) all outstanding amounts on the account.

6. The Bundle Offer shall only be available to the same account holder and may not be transferred. Customer subscribed to this Bundle Offer must remain subscribed to all the services throughout the Term. Disconnection or termination of any one of the services shall trigger the Early Termination Charge outlined in clause 5 above and shall automatically terminate any benefits associated with the Bundle Offer.

7. In the event that the Customer at any time fails to meet any of the payments due, Melita reserves the right to suspend/terminate the Bundle Offer and charge the standard full rate for the Melita services subscribed to.

8. Melita shall have the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30 day notice period.

9. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Telephony Terms and Conditions of Service, Melita Telephony Medium (Flat Rate) package Terms and Conditions, TV Terms and Conditions of Service, Internet Terms and Conditions of Service and any other relevant terms and conditions that apply, provided that in case of conflict, then these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
