Your data shall be unlimited data when used in the Maltese Islands, within the EU regulated Roam like at Home limits apply.
The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the Endless Xplore Mobile Plan (“the Tariff”) being provided to a pay monthly customer (“the Customer”) by Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to and use of this Tariff is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. *Roaming Fair Use Policy: From 1st January 2026 Customers roaming within the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine for periodic travelling, shall be eligible to consume 85GB volume of data with Endless Xplore Tariff. This allowance applies for any given billing period. This volume allowance is calculated in line with EU law and shall be available to customers whilst roaming in the EU/EEA/UK/Moldova/Ukraine. Any data usage consumed over and above the GB roaming data allowance mentioned above shall be charged at the EU regulated surcharge rate. Any data usage above the domestic data allowance shall be charged at the standard domestic data tariff rate, with a surcharge. The surcharge is available here. The volume of data allowance and the surcharge shall vary periodically in accordance with EU law. All international usage, maritime roaming usage and inflight roaming usage both within and outside the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine and roaming usage outside the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine are not included as Roam Like at Home Tariffs. These will be charged at the standard international and roaming rates found on our website. Customers subject to a Month-On-Month Charge, shall be eligible to consume a further 16GB volume of data, on a monthly basis whilst roaming in the EU, UK, Moldova & Ukraine.
** This benefit is only provided for periodic travel and not intended for permanent roaming. Recurring and continuous consumption and prevailing roaming presence outside of the EU/EEA during an observation period of four (4) months shall be considered as proof of abusive and anomalous usage of this benefit. Melita shall alert the Customer about his usage pattern and of the possibility of suspending or terminating the Service if the Customer continues to abuse the Service following a two-week notice period. If at the end of this two-week period the Customer does not demonstrate actual domestic consumption or presence, Melita reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service after the date of such alert.
To benefit from discounted monthly access fees, additional lines should be on the same Endless Tariff plan as the first line. Should a Customer upgrade/downgrade/terminate an Endless Tariff line irrespective if it is the first line or any additional mobile line, the remaining Endless Tariff plans will be charged in accordance with the next applicable monthly access fee, depending on the then current number of active mobile plans on same Tariff.
