Automatic Call Back

When you’ve just missed a call you can automatically call the party back. This feature gives you the number of your last incoming call and allows you to automatically call the person back. The Call Back feature works hand-in-hand with the ‘Caller ID’ feature. If the ‘Caller ID’ feature is blocked then the Call Back feature is disabled.

To use Call Back:

  • Lift the receiver and await dial tone.
  • Press *41.
  • When the caller’s line is available your phone will ring.
  • When you pick up the phone, the caller phone will ring and your call will be connected.

To cancel Call Back:

  • Lift the receiver and await dial tone.
  • Press #41.

Note that Call Back does not work for international numbers.
