Changing the account type

You can switch your Melita services from Residential to Business or the other way around at any time!

Here’s what you can do:

  • Switch an entire residential account to a business account or vice versa.
  • Change a specific subscription or offer from residential to business or vice versa. For example, if an employer wants to pay for a residential customer’s mobile service, or if someone leaves a company and wants to switch to a residential plan.

To make this change, just download and fill out the Change of Account Type form and send it back to us. Customer Care team.
