How to check mobile data

If your mobile data isn’t working, try these steps:

  1. APN Settings: Ensure your APN settings are correct and your network mode is set to LTE/WCDMA or 3G/4G/5G.
  2. Airplane Mode: Make sure Airplane mode is off and you have good coverage.
  3. Mobile Data: Confirm that the Mobile Data button is turned on.
  4. SIM Slot: If you have a dual SIM phone, place the SIM in Slot 1.
  5. Test in Another Device: Try the SIM in another device and set up the APN settings there.
