How to check mobile data
Your mobile data is not working?
- Check that the APN settings are correct and that the network mode is set to LTE/WCDMA or 3G/4G/5G.
- that Airplane mode is off and that you have a good coverage
- Check that the Mobile data button is on
- If you have a dual sim phone, put the sim in Sim1
If the issue persists, try putting the sim in another device and set up the APN settings. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us so that we can check further what the issue is.
