Cancelling a Direct Debit Registration

If you still want to cancel your direct debit, follow the below steps:

  • Log in to MyMelita
  • Go to Settings
  • Go to Preferences
  • Select Cancel Recurring Payment under Payment Method

A popup warning message will be displayed, providing information about the additional charges that might be incured if direct debit is not activated.

  • Select Yes on the popup message window

A success message is displayed confirming that the Direct Debit has been cancelled.

If you prefer to keep paying your bill by means other than Direct Debit or Pre-Authorised Credit Card (PACC), the price of each of your packages will increase by €1.
