It’s best to install your Traveller eSim onto your phone before you start traveling. Ensure that you have connectivity on your phone, either from WiFi or your main SIM card, during the installation process. You can keep the eSim turned off until you arrive at your destination.

An eSIM, or embedded SIM, is a chip that is already in your phone or device. Using the eSIM means you don’t have to get a physical SIM; you can quickly and easily get connected immediately.
- How do I know if my phone supports eSIM?
Go to Settings, if SIM Manager offers you the option to add a mobile plan, cellular plan or eSIM, you’re good! Or you can check your phone specs, these will either be with your phone, or available to view or download online. All iPhones released after XS or XR are eSIM capable.
- How can I add Traveller eSIM on my iPhone?
To add an eSIM profile on your iPhone, you need to scan the QR code we send you by email .
To add your eSIM profile manually on your iPhone, go to :
– Settings – Mobile data – Tap on “add eSIM” in the “SIMs” section – Tap “Use a QR code”
Click on Next at the top and follow instructions on screen to complete the installation.
- How can I add Traveller eSIM on my Android phone?
To add an eSIM profile on your Android phone, you need to scan the QR code we will send you by email when you purchase Traveller eSIM.
To add your eSIM profile manually on your Android, go to :
– Settings – Connections – SIM manager – Tap on “add eSIM” in the “eSIMs” section – Choose the option to scan QR code.
Follow instructions on screen to complete the installation.
- When does the Traveller eSIM data bundle get activated?
The bundle is activated when your Traveller eSIM is added to your phone. This means that you should install the eSIM just before travelinga. Once you arrive at the country you want to use your eSIM in, you can connect by turning on your eSIM within your phone’s settings.
- When does the Traveller eSIM bundle time window start?
The bundle validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network in one of the valid countries. This means that you should install the eSIM right before traveling, as it will get activated and the days in your data bundle’s validity will start counting. You may wish to turn off the eSIM in your phone settings until you arrive at the country you want to use your eSIM in, you can connect by turning on your eSIM line.
- How do I track my usage and data allowance?

- I already have a traveller eSIM. Can I transfer it to another phone?
No, you cannot. Please note that each eSIM can only be used once and later it cannot be transferred to another phone. Please ensure that you will activate your eSIM on the device you intend to use.
- My main SIM Card is an eSIM. Can I add the traveller eSIM on my phone?
Some eSIM phones will let you store multiple eSIM, however many can only support one eSIM in use at a time. Go to Settings on your phone or check your device specs to find out how many you can add.
