How to Temporary Suspend Your MyMelita Service

  1. Log in to MyMelita with your email and password.
  2. Go to ‘My Service’ in the main menu.
  3. Select ‘Suspended’ for the service you want to pause.
  4. Click ‘Yes.’
  5. Choose your pause and resume dates, then hit ‘Continue.’
  6. If there’s a fee, we’ll let you know with a popup.
  7. A ticket will be created, and we’ll be in touch soon!

Note: Voluntary suspension is only possible if the agreement is on a month-to-month basis or the contract has expired. There’s a €5 fee each month when activating the voluntary suspension.🎉
