Selecting the correct TV Source – HDMI
If you have a problem with viewing your TV Channels, most probably your TV source is not correctly selected. If you are connected through HDMI and still can’t see any of the channels, follow the step-by-step guide below:
- Switch on your Melita TV set-top box
- On your TV remote press the Source button depending on your remote
- Choose the correct HDMI port depending on the connection that was used to connect your TV to the Melita set-top box.
(If HDMI is not visible it means that the HDMI is not connected properly so please check the HDMI connection with both the TV and the box)
You should now have access to the Melita TV Channels depending on your assigned package.
