HDCP Error

If you are encountering “HDCP error” when watching TV, try the following:

  • Check that the NexTV box is connected directly to the TV set.
  • Try changing the HDMI in a different port if available.
  • Change the HDMI cable.
  • Check that both the TV set and the NexTV box have the latest software update installed.
  • If this still doesn’t work try connecting the NexTV box to another TV Set.
  • If none of the above works contact us when you are home so that we can check further.
