If you are encountering “HDCP error” when watching TV, try the following:
- Check that the NexTV box is connected directly to the TV set.
- Try changing the HDMI in a different port if available.
- Change the HDMI cable.
- Check that both the TV set and the NexTV box have the latest software update installed.
- If this still doesn’t work try connecting the NexTV box to another TV Set.
- If none of the above works contact us when you are home so that we can check further.
