Generally, a good home internet or broadband speed in Malta is around 30Mbps for standard broadband.
A faster broadband speed would be between 100Mbps. A very fast broadband speed would be 250Mbps or higher.

Remember that if you’re using WiFi you’ll get lower speeds than if you use an ethernet cable to plug in directly to your modem.

Somewhere high up like a shelf is ideal, away from thick stone or concrete walls that could hamper the signal.
Keep your router as far away as possible from other devices, such as televisions, baby monitors, stereos and microwave ovens.

Umbrella is a network level, cloud-based cyber security service which directs browsing via the global Umbrella network. When the browser submits a domain name request, or the customer clicks on a link, the internet address is compared to a database of known suspect sites from Cisco Talos Intelligence. If the request is safe, browsing continues as normal. If the site the browser is attempting to access is malicious, the access request won’t go through, and the user will be notified.
