How to check a slow ethernet connection

Run a diagnostic test trough mymelita. If no issues are found,

• Connect directly to the modem via the ethernet cable
• Remove any other devices connected
• Remove any other applications running in the background

Run a speed test from https://www.speedtest.net/ and select server Madliena for best results.

If you have any other devices available such as a laptop or computer connect them directly via ethernet cable and check the speed.
