Slow WiFi connection with an Arris modem
If you are experiencing slow WiFi connection,
Run a diagnostic test through mymelita, if no issues are found:
- Connect to the 5 GHz WiFi network
- Stay within 1meter range of the modem
- Switch off any other devices connected to the WiFi
- Close any other applications running in the background
- Do a speed test from https://www.speedtest.net/ and select server Madliena for best results
