Slow WiFi connection with an Arris modem

If you are experiencing slow WiFi connection,

Run a diagnostic test through mymelita, if no issues are found:

  • Connect to the 5 GHz WiFi network
  • Stay within 1meter range of the modem
  • Switch off any other devices connected to the WiFi
  • Close any other applications running in the background
  • Do a speed test from speed.melita.com and select server Madliena for best results
