Some channels are missing from the channel list
Whether you are missing one or more channels, the troubleshooting procedure is the same. Please follow the instructions below:
- If you are subscribed to an additional Melita television outlet, identify the missing channel/s and check whether the problem is the same on both outlets.
- If the channel/s is/are missing on just one outlet or you have no additional Melita television outlets to check from, kindly reset your Digibox HD box to factory default.
