I can see the picture but can’t hear the sound
Are you not getting any sound on all channels?
To fix this, please follow the instructions below:
- Check if you have pressed the MUTE button from both TV and STB
- Check that the Phonos/HDMI cable is connected properly
- Replace the Phonos/HDMI cable.
- Switch the STB OFF, wait 30 seconds and back ON
- If this still doesn’t work try connecting the STB box to another TV Set
- Perform a Factory Reset
