Making billing information accessible

Customers who are visually impaired may access their Melita bills as follows:

  • By phone – customers may call in free of charge to our call center number and an agent is able to assist, explain and read the bill to them
  • Email
  • On the website via MyMelita
  • Through the mobile app (MyMelita via the app)
  • Printed in a large font and collected free of charge from one of Melita’s retail outlets
  • Face to Face – by visiting a Melita outlet
