Why is my last payment not shown on my bill?

You may notice that your last affected payment is not shown on your bill. Most probably this could mean that your bill was issued before the payment was effected. Therefore your payment will be deducted on your next bill.

You may view your recent transactions on My Melita.

If you’re already a My Melita user, you can view your recent transactions by following the step-by-step guide below.

  1. Log in to MyMelita.
  2. From the main menu, select ‘My Bills.’
  3. Scroll down to the payment history tab

With MyMelita, you will have access to invoices covering the last 6 months.

If you prefer to keep paying your bill by means other than Direct Debit or Pre-Authorised Credit Card (PACC), the price will increase by €0.50c.
